Dr. Stancliff-Lubow is a proud Maryland native and has always been passionate about learning.
She enjoyed her years at Washington College (Chestertown, MD) while earning dual undergraduate degrees in Biology & Environmental Studies in 2006. During and in between degrees Dr. Stancliff-Lubow pursued her love of animals, working as a veterinary assistant. After earning her DVM at Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (Blacksburg, VA) in 2015, she has gained valuable experience in both corporate practice and shelter medicine.
Dr. Stancliff-Lubow and her family enjoy the companionship of one amazing cat, Aidan Dubh, adopted after recovering from a lost battle with a horde of dachshunds. They also love their two noisy but entertaining parrots, Charlie, a Blue & Gold Macaw rescued after losing a wing, and Corey, a Senegal. Her spare time is filled with game nights with friends & family, reading, cooking, and creating enrichment for her feathered and furry family members.
